Our Mission

Our programs are designed to enhance the independent living journey of the individuals we serve by supporting their physical and emotional well-being with an array of resources, such as professional development workshops, career counseling, alumni mentorship, experiential education, individual and group therapy, and targeted case management.

Our Four Pillars

At 2nd Mountain Homes, we have established a comprehensive framework comprising four fundamental pillars, each representing a core facet of our organizational commitment. These pillars serve as the bedrock upon which we build our mission and vision, specifically targeting the critical areas of Homelessness, Education, Employment, and Mental Health.

Homelessness

Our first pillar centers on addressing the profound issue of homelessness. We understand that stable housing is the cornerstone of rebuilding lives and fostering personal growth.

Education

Education is an essential aspect of personal development and social integration. Within this pillar, we are dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for those we serve.

Employment

Gainful employment not only provides financial stability but also fosters a sense of purpose and self-worth. Our employment pillar focuses on equipping individuals with the skills and resources needed to secure meaningful employment opportunities.

Mental Health

Mental well-being is integral to overall health and happiness. Our fourth pillar is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing access to mental health services.
