Each resident is guaranteed a job opportunity and will receive job skills assistance and financial health training. A savings account is made for the residents to access upon completion of their stay.
We plan to collaborate with partners in the community to offer job training, career counseling, and job placement services, ultimately enabling our clients to become self-sufficient.
